10×Transcription Buffer, GMP Grade

10×Transcription Buffer, GMP Grade is the reaction buffer for T7 RNA Polymerase 2.0. This buffer has been optimized to produce 150-250μg of RNA in one reaction. It is also suitable for co-transcription systems, and the co-transcription capping effciency is greater than 95%. The synthesized RNA can be used for downstream applications such as RNA structure and function research, RNase protection, probe hybridization, RNAi, microinjection, and in vitro translation.
