T7 High Yield RNA Transcription Kit 2.0

As a biological macromolecule, mRNA can be synthesized on a large scale by in vitro transcription (IVT). T7 promoter is one of the most efficient promoters at present. Therefore, using T7 RNA polymerase for in vitro transcription allows for the simple and rapid production of large amounts of RNA molecules. The T7 RNA Polymerase 2.0 used in this kit is a mutant that significantly reduces the dsRNA impurities during transcription.

This kit can transcribe 150-200μg RNA per reaction, and the synthesized RNA can be used for many downstream applications such as RNA structure and function study, RNA enzyme protection, probe hybridization, RNAi, microinjection, and in vitro translation.
